Whether frequenting cute Parisian cafés, exploring lively markets, or wandering through gorgeous gardens, you’ll feel the romance all around. Known as the City of Lights and the City of Love, Paris totally lives up to its hype.

It’s a city that radiates magic with its charming street cafés, historic landmarks, stylish boutiques, and vibrant arts scene. Just imagining wandering through Paris feels like stepping into a dream, with its stunning architecture, picturesque streets, and iconic landmarks like the Eiffel Tower and Notre-Dame Cathedral. Paris is an adventure waiting to happen, with endless options for exploration. I can't wait to one-day dive into world-class museums like the Louvre and Musée d'Orsay, experience the lively nightlife in the Latin Quarter, or catch a live Jazz show at one of many show at one of many of Paris' Jazz venues. And the food? Fresh croissants, decadent pastries, and gourmet meals are practically a sport in Paris.
What makes Paris special to me is how it mixes history, culture, and modern flair into one amazing experience. It’s a city that makes you fall in love with every corner you explore.
This is my research guide on what to do in and around Paris— so that you too, can also fall head over heels for every corner of this iconic city, just like so many have for centuries.

CUISINE
I love food. Croissants, baguettes, CHEESE, escargot, bisque, crepes, fondue— I want it all. When dinner rolls around, a Châteaubriand steak, or coq-au-vin make my must-try list. Parisian food is seriously everything, and someday, I plan to savor EVERYTHING culinary that Paris has to offer!
Also on my Paris bucket list, checking out the markets is a must. Marché des Enfants Rouges is the oldest covered market in Paris with a super charming, old-school vibe. It’s perfect for grabbing fresh produce or gourmet snacks and cheeses. Also, Marché Bastille is a total sensory overload with its lively atmosphere, fresh ingredients, artisanal goodies, and amazing street food.
Café de Flore has been serving coffee and chic since 1887. A MUST. For a more laidback spot, Le Comptoir du Relais. It’s super cozy, has a fabulous menu, and is perfect for brunch. Both are total Parisian essentials! For a mix of sophisticated cocktails and unique atmospheres: Bar à Bulles is a rooftop bar at the Moulin Rouge offering chic vibes and beautiful views.
